Job Summary

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Identity and Access Management – Data Services function. This entails ensuring native user data is aggregated to Onecert in accordance with established processes, without deviations, and monitoring data quality and monthly metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Refresh Userdata to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review, etc.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload Userlists to Onecert.
  • Conduct and adhere to established processes to generate reports and follow defined escalation procedures for sourcing Userlists.
  • Fulfil requests from business stakeholders to source Userlists and SAM Documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams for Userlist sourcing, work with support to understand application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Highlight and mitigate risks related to IAM processes and The Bank.
  • Maintain and enhance IAM processes in collaboration with IAM leaders.
  • Demonstrate good working etiquette, teamwork, and communication with the team.
  • Review and implement enhancements for Application security compliance.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding high standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
  • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
  • Lead the IAM Data Services team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
