Interior Design and FF&E Specialist

The role of Interior Architect/FF&E Specialist is multifaceted, requiring a unique blend of skills in interior design, architecture, and project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing interior spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This includes space planning, construction drawings, and the selection of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).

  • Space Planning: Create efficient and effective use of space, considering factors such as traffic flow, lighting, and acoustics.
  • Construction Drawings: Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects, including architectural plans and elevations.
  • FF&E Selection: Source and specify high-quality FF&E, taking into account budget constraints and sustainability goals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A strong proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, and other design/presentation software is also essential.
