This role involves leading and executing business change programs across Wholesale Transformation. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans, manage program outcomes, and ensure timely delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive key engagements within Wholesale Transformation.
  • Influence executive stakeholders and maintain a global perspective on business change.
  • Develop business cases, proposals, and presentations for meetings and events.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of management reports on key initiatives and projects.
  • Provide consulting and project management expertise across initiatives globally.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in developing business cases, proposals, and presentations.
  • Proven track record of project execution and delivery, as well as effective stakeholder management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to operate well across cultures and in multicultural diverse work environments.
