Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaigns Lead to join our team at ACG World. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth and enhance our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account management of respective verticals in terms of supporting businesses with all marketing activities and collaterals
  • Planning annual calendars of marketing activities, including product campaigns with lead targets, execution plans, and budgets
Functional Responsibilities:
  • Developing integrated B2B marketing campaign strategies and activity plans for key vertical products and services, utilizing multiple marketing channels effectively and achieving campaign objectives, including generating qualified leads
  • Ensuring each campaign has clear metrics and achieving appropriate return on investment (ROI) in line with pre-decided goals
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement campaign activities, including Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Events, Brand & Design, International and Regional offices, Content, and Media/PR leads
  • Managing the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, delivering results through regular presentations and distributing learning for future campaigns
  • Briefing external agencies, including creative, digital, and media planning agencies, to deliver campaign activity against briefs and overseeing implementation
  • Staying up-to-date with current trends in campaign marketing through research and competitor analysis
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) or Master's degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharma) along with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in managing and successfully implementing marketing campaigns using a mix of integrated marketing tools
  • Experience in B2B Pharma marketing/manufacturing

The estimated salary range for this position is between ₹25,00,000 and ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is an estimate based on industry standards and does not reflect the company's actual budget or compensation structure.
