Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates to meet client requirements.

The role involves:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various job boards and social networking sites
  • Screening candidates according to job descriptions and requirements
  • Maintaining professional email communication with candidates
  • Coordinating with recruited candidates for scheduling interviews
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation on all conversations with candidates
  • Managing reports and databases of candidates
  • Implementing and executing recruiting programs to attract top talent

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
