• Inventory Control: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stock control, ordering, receiving, and maintain organized stockrooms.
• Performance Monitoring: Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for management review.
• Safety and Security: Implement and maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety and security procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: A degree in a related field is required.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role is essential.
