UI Designer Job Description

MarketInc is seeking a talented UI Designer to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our clients' websites. As a UI Designer, you will work closely with our development and marketing teams to ensure that our clients' websites are visually appealing, intuitive, and optimized for user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user interfaces for websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts using Figma.
  • Ensure consistency in design across different platforms and devices.
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall design quality.
  • Incorporate knowledge of branding into all design work to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with at least 1 year of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of Figma is required.
  • Knowledge of Webflow and WordPress is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience with responsive design and designing for multiple devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of branding and how to incorporate it into UI design.
  • Candidates with a design background are preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
