Financial Analyst

Overview

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring timely financial closing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage entire day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, including data entry, processing, and payments of vendor bills and invoices.
• Calculate, review, and analyze financial information related to accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain petty cash and perform regular analysis for monthly activity, ensuring timely reconciliation and zero errors in processing.
• Assist in timely preparation of annual statutory financial statements and maintaining internal financial controls.
• Process employee reimbursement claims and prepare timely filings of TDS, GST, and other returns.
• Prepare monthly reports and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, with hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting.
• Strong knowledge of online banking, basic bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience in TDS and GST, with excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work independently and self-start, with good time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Extensive knowledge and use of Excel, with the highest level of integrity and ability to maintain accuracy in performing all essential duties.
