Job Opportunity: Automation Workflow Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Power Platform) and custom apps built with Power Apps. This role will focus on digitizing and streamlining processes within our organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create efficient automation solutions that integrate AI models, including Azure OpenAI Service, into enterprise workflows for enhanced decision-making and automation.
  • Bulk-up the creation of interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement intelligent orchestration to connect different workplace systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Azure services) for a unified employee experience.
  • Promote scalability, security, and value creation through continuous assessment of new use cases.
  • Leverage APIs, connectors, and automation scripts to integrate workflows across cloud and on-prem platforms.
  • Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards in solution design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, End User Computing or Automation/AI Solutions development.
  • A proven track record of building automation solutions, AI integrations, and workplace orchestration in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint management, collaboration tools, automation/orchestration, and security compliance.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
