Strategic Program Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery.
  • Develop short-term and long-term plans to maintain project momentum and align with organizational objectives.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, timelines, budgets, and milestones, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Present project status updates and action plans to senior management, fostering informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers and dashboards, promoting visibility and control across stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate effective documentation and communication across teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Relevant experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive collaborative outcomes.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in project reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • PMP certification is a highly desirable asset, demonstrating expertise and commitment to excellence.
