Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Integration Architect to spearhead our integration platform migration projects. This is a key role that involves leading complex migration projects, including middleware and MFT components, ensuring seamless execution from planning to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute integration platform migration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally.
  • Develop and implement effective integration strategies using technologies like SAP PI/PO, Tibco, MuleSoft, and ESB.
  • Manage end-to-end migration activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Review and ensure quality of work from the migration team.
  • Support program leadership in managing workflows and project deliverables.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in integration platforms and middleware technologies.
  • Proven experience in integration platform migrations (preferably SAP PI/PO, Tibco, MuleSoft).
  • Hands-on experience with MFT and ESB technologies.
  • Strong understanding of API platforms and middleware architectures.
  • Experience in managing or contributing significantly to long-term, multi-phase migration projects.
  • Good cloud experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and geographically diverse environment.
