Job Role: Data Modeler

As a senior data modeler, you will be responsible for delivering complex transformation programs within data portfolios.

  • You will collaborate with agile teams to create high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • You will analyze business change, functional and non-functional requirements from various stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with IT teams to deliver working reconciliation solutions.
  • You will develop relevant analysis and modeling artifacts for development teams.
  • You will provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirements development.
  • You will design and maintain logical and physical data models to meet business and technical requirements.
  • You will perform metadata analysis and ensure data integrity.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in data analysis and/or data modeling.
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills with experience covering requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Team player with a self-starter approach, having a sense of ownership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to bridge gaps and assist teams to deliver projects.
  • SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, Visual Paradigm (preferable).
  • Comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) and create high-quality data models.
