Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales channels, ensuring strong distribution partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize retail, online, and offline channels, ensuring our products reach a wider audience effectively.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a robust channel strategy to drive sales and brand visibility.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
  3. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  4. Optimize sales performance across multiple channels, ensuring effective inventory and pricing management.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.
  6. Track key performance metrics and provide insights to enhance channel performance and maximize ROI.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  1. 6+ years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development, preferably in skincare, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
  2. A strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, and distribution models.
  3. A proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage partnerships.
  4. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  5. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
