Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive funding partnerships, build strategic relationships, and lead grant proposals.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in CSR fundraising, government project management, or stakeholder partnerships.
  • They will be responsible for driving funding partnerships through CSR, government initiatives, foundations, and institutional donors.
  • The role requires collaboration with internal teams to design impactful education solutions tailored to partner needs.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Funding Partnerships
      • Drive funding partnerships through CSR, government initiatives, foundations, and institutional donors.
      • Explore and pursue new funding opportunities via events, networks, and digital platforms.
    • Strategic Relationships
      • Build and nurture strategic relationships with government departments, corporates, NGOs, CSR consultants, and partner organizations.
      • Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and industry forums.
    • Grant Proposals and Project Management
      • Lead the preparation of grant proposals, project plans, budgets, and detailed concept notes.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to design impactful education solutions tailored to partner needs.
    • Reporting and Data Analysis
      • Develop high-quality reports, impact summaries, and presentations for donors and internal stakeholders.
      • Analyze project and partner data to track progress and optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) in any related field.
  • 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in CSR fundraising, government project management, or stakeholder partnerships.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and tools for data analysis and project tracking.
  • High sense of ownership, ability to multitask, and independently manage reporting and documentation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the country for project and stakeholder engagement.
