We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Business Analyst to join our team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed business models and plans, as well as managing and evaluating Capex and apex plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations planning, feasibility evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, sales analytics, customer insight, product profitability, annual operating plans, budget analysis, and monitoring. Additionally, they should have experience in business insights, gap analysis, market and industry analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed business models and plans for Jio centres
- Manage and evaluate Capex and apex plans
- Develop and maintain financial models, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance
- Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities
Requirements:
- Graduation degree in any discipline
- 08-15 years of work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
