Frontend Engineering Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Frontend Engineering Manager to lead our team of skilled developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI development, with expertise in technologies like React, HTML5, and CSS3.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage experience in frontend development frameworks to drive project success
  • Mentor junior engineers in best practices and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy high-quality products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy and decision-making

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/frontend development is required.
  2. Hands-on experience with React as a front-end development framework is essential.
  3. Strong knowledge of front-end development languages, tools, and methodologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and associated technologies such as jQuery and Sass is necessary.
  4. The ability to write cross-browser and cross-device friendly front-end code through responsive or adaptive techniques is crucial.
  5. Working knowledge of AWS for product development and deployment is preferred.
  6. Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) systems for development and deployment is required.
  7. Proven knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) is essential.
