Litigation Strategist

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic guidance on litigation and dispute resolution, ensuring effective and pragmatic outcomes for the organization.

• Lead the management of litigation cases, encompassing matters related to land acquisition, arbitration, and contractual disputes.
• Represent the organization in various courts and tribunals, including writ courts, district courts, and consumer courts.
• Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, complaints, and contracts.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies, utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, advising senior leadership on legal risks and liabilities.
• Collaborate with external counsel and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

• LLB degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in handling litigation, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of law, particularly related to electricity and telegraph acts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
