Job Responsibilities:
  • New AI technology research and development.
  • Publishing periodic AI research papers for technical professionals.
  • Publishing market-facing AI research papers.
  • Experimenting with new AI technologies.
  • Democratizing new AI technologies to large data science communities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Leadership: Strong team management and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in delivering large-scale AI/ML projects.
  • Program management skill – Team & delivery management, Stakeholder and financial management. Strong proficiency in design, development, maintenance, and support of AI systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, Semantic Search, OCR, and Intelligent Automation, with expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • AI/ML Delivery: Proven experience in AI model development, deployment, and optimization using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Data Science & Analytics: Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and model validation.
  • Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with cloud services, Python for AI/ML, DevOps tools, AI frameworks, and data management (SQL/NoSQL/GraphDB).
Position Specification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics Communication or other branches of engineering with proven skills through past experience/projects.
