Job Title: Hospitality Professional

We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at a reputable hotel in Bangalore, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for greeting VIP guests, performing special services, and assisting with arrivals and departures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in experience
  • Manage front desk operations, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Verify registration cards for arriving guests and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with sending guest messages or faxes and provide instructions to night reception during high occupancy periods

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
