Seeking a seasoned Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end financial transactions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, preferably in IT/ITES or software export companies.

  • Manage complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books, encompassing invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, JVs, and adjustments
  • Create and manage international client export invoices in Zoho Books and handle bank reconciliations
  • Record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate reporting
  • Oversee vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing in Zoho Books or related tools
  • Handle TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES compliance
  • Ensure month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation
  • Coordinate with auditors and senior accountants to guarantee statutory compliance and smooth audit processes

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce
  • Minimum 3 years of IT/ITES export accounting experience
  • Mandatory hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation)
  • Strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance
  • Detail-oriented, independent worker with excellent reporting and documentation skills
