Creative Director Opportunity

Overview:

  • Lead the development of innovative and impactful advertising campaigns for various mediums, enhancing marketing efforts.
  • Craft compelling brand-aligned content to engage diverse audiences.

As a seasoned Creative Director, you will oversee the creation of short-form & long-form copy development, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and develop creative copy for Above The Line (ATL) campaigns. Your expertise in digital platforms and ability to integrate fresh ideas into traditional advertising will be invaluable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute ATL campaign strategies, including TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising.
  2. Collaborate with the social media team to create content strategies and content calendars for social media clients.
  3. Partner with the art team to bring creative concepts to life.
  4. Mentor and develop the copywriting team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  5. Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, showcasing the value of the copy in achieving their marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Associate Creative Director in the mainline marketing industry, with significant experience in crafting copy for various digital/integrated platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse ATL campaigns and ability to integrate digital concepts into traditional advertising.
  • A strong understanding of SEO principles and practices to optimize copy for search engines.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling and results-driven copy.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a creative team.
