Job Title: Technical Leadership Role

">Overview:

The role requires an experienced technical professional to lead Java and Angular projects from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Framework, Docker, Jenkins, and AWS cloud services.

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled engineer who can drive technical excellence and foster collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Lead the design, development, and implementation of secure, REST APIs and AWS Serverless architectures using Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and related technologies.
  • Secondary Skills: Utilize JavaScript and Angular skills to enhance the team's capabilities.
  • API & AWS Proficiency: Design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient APIs using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
  • Testing & QA: Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and code quality assurance processes using JUnit, Mockito/Behave, SonarQube, Checkmarx, and related tools.
  • Version Control: Collaborate with the team to ensure effective use of Git and GitLab for version control and collaboration.
  • Database Knowledge: Possess expertise in RDBMS and NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Agile & Offshore Experience: Leverage Agile delivery methodologies and offshore experience to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Estimation Techniques: Apply accurate estimation techniques to plan and manage project timelines effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Java (8+), Spring Framework (Boot, Batch, JPA), Docker, Jenkins, and AWS cloud services.
  2. Strong background in unit testing, integration testing, and code quality assurance using JUnit, Mockito/Behave, SonarQube, Checkmarx, and related tools.
  3. Proficiency with Git and GitLab for version control and collaboration.
  4. Experience with RDBMS and NoSql databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  5. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and experience working with geographically distributed teams.
  6. Ability to accurately estimate effort required for development tasks and plan accordingly.
