Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Designer to contribute to our organization.

Primary Objectives:
  • Create high-quality visual designs for various digital and print platforms, including website graphics, social media visuals, infographics, banners, and marketing materials that align with the company's vision and messaging.
  • Conceptualize and execute compelling visual solutions that meet project objectives and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
  • Design engaging illustrations and icons to enhance user experiences and ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate fresh ideas into work.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content writers and developers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred but not compulsory.
  • 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in a fast-paced Advertising or Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design concepts and best practices is a plus.
