Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating bespoke designs that meet the unique needs of our clients.

You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on interior design trends and principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales funnel and drive successful sales closure by crafting compelling sales pitches and leading design meetings with customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication and timely project delivery.
  • Lead and own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, maintaining the highest standards of creativity and expertise.
  • End-to-end ownership of project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final project completion.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant diploma or graduation degree.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Proven track record of delivering turnkey / full home residential projects (min. 5-6).
  • Proficiency in design tools, including PPT presentation and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and civil works & services.
  • Strong knowledge of creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies, and driving sales closure through logical & trusted sales pitches.
