This is a pivotal position in our organization where you will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our diverse audience across various social media platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute creative social media strategies that align with our company's vision and values.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and voice.
• Monitor social media channels for feedback, trends, and opportunities, and provide timely responses to foster community interaction.
• Analyze key performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns and content initiatives.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and develop strategies to improve engagement and reach.
