Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Creative Coordinator to facilitate seamless operations between the Design Head and the Production team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be well-versed in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and possess strong organizational and time-management skills.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Understanding daily design and content delivery requirements from Project Managers
  • Coordination with the production team, live tracking team, print, electronic media team, and field coordinators
  • Brainstorming and ideation for production-related tasks
  • Content checking and design proofreading for production deliveries
  • Coordination with design heads and creative directors for design approvals

The successful candidate will be a team leader or supervisor with proven work experience, good PC skills, and decision-making skills. A degree in management or training in team leading is also desirable.

Responsibilities Include:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Good PC skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Degree in Management or training in team leading (preferred)

Work Experience:
