Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing workforce management systems, with a strong focus on process improvement and optimization. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end implementations of Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions, including project planning, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and develop effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Conducting thorough analysis of existing workforce management processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Configuring and customizing Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions modules and functionality based on business requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient time and attendance tracking, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
- Collaborating with IT and other relevant departments to ensure successful integration of Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions with existing systems and applications.
- Developing comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing usage of Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions.
- Providing training sessions and end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize user adoption.
- Performing system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase and post-implementation support.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in successfully leading end-to-end implementations of Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions or similar workforce management systems.
- A strong understanding of workforce management processes, including time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in system configuration and customization of Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions modules.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
- The ability to provide training, user support, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing system usage.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
