**Lead User Interface Designer**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled and experienced Lead User Interface Designer. As the lead designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and seamless experience of our digital products.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs.

You will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design strategies that align with business goals and enhance the user experience.

Design execution includes creating high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and visual assets for different applications.

Maintaining and evolving design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms is also crucial.

Cross-functional collaboration involves working closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Ultimately, the goal is to deliver exceptional service while meeting usability standards and guidelines.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in UI design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and visual aesthetics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

**Location & Work Arrangement:**

  • Based in Mumbai: Candidates need to be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
  • Hybrid Role: This is a hybrid role where you are expected to work from the office at least 3 days a week
