Senior Product Director

The role of a Senior Product Director is key to energizing society and fighting climate change at the same time. However, it's the expertise of the team that makes the difference.

As a Senior Product Director, you will be responsible for leading an integrated SW HW Electrical Digital development team. You will support the team with your expertise in product management and additional knowledge in various industry fields like Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Process Industries, and Maritime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead an integrated SW HW Electrical Digital development team.
  • Support the team with your expertise in product management and additional knowledge in various industry fields.
  • Cultivate a culture of agile development methodology within the team.
  • Drive efficiency in the product development process.

Requirements:

  • Masters or bachelors degree in computer science, Automation, Engineering, Computer Technology, or equivalent knowledge.
  • A strategic leader with a proven track record in product management, demonstrating a keen interest in leadership and people development.
  • 10 years of experience in developing applications for an industrial environment.
  • Experienced in Automation Electrification Digital solutions.
  • Domain Know How in certain industrial applications.
