Lead AI Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs). With 16+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, this individual will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI architectures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Oversee AI Architecture: Develop the overall architecture for the LLM, incorporating scalability, modularity, and security principles.
  • Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and create a roadmap aligned with business objectives, leveraging expertise in AI, ML, NLP, and large language models.
  • Technology Selection: Decide on the technology stack, frameworks, and tools for LLM development and deployment, considering cloud proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Integration Management: Oversee integration of data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure, ensuring seamless collaboration among technical teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and define mitigation strategies, applying strong analytical skills to address complex challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders for cohesive implementation, communicating effectively and guiding technical teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • AI/ML Expertise: Deep knowledge in AI, ML, NLP, and large language models.
  • Software Architecture: Strong grasp of scalability, modularity, and security principles.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Data Architecture: Knowledge of big data technologies, data pipeline design, and data management practices.
  • MLOps: Expertise in CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring for ML models.
  • Leadership: Ability to guide technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
