Job Summary

As an Actuarial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting senior actuaries to deliver high-quality actuarial reporting and analysis across various European and Middle Eastern countries. Your focus will be on executing monthly/quarterly valuation reporting, specifying and validating new valuation methodologies, and working closely with stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reporting processes
  • Support the development of actuarial models, methodologies, and product implementations
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of reporting requirements for Reinsurance business
  • Work closely with internal clients and stakeholders to build strong partnerships and improve communication

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Position:

  • Error-free preparation of financial reports within required timescales and actuarial standards;
  • Execution of second-line data validation and completeness checks to required actuarial and audit standards.
  • Contribution towards maintaining good team morale and engagement through professional development opportunities.
  • Ensuring seamless communication between teams and stakeholders across different geographical locations.
  • Clear ownership of work, flagging issues, and goal delivery concerns to senior leadership.
