Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with domestic and international regulations governing industrial chemicals, fine chemicals & specialty chemicals. This includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EU REACH, Korea REACH, UK REACH, Turkey REACH, and other chemical control laws.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to existing domestic and international chemical regulations.
- Proactively monitor new and amended legislation and communicate its impact on the business.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for DMF filing /amendment in various geographies.
- Manage a database and RA filing plan across the product value chain.
- Coordinate with internal teams on DMF filing requirements and ensure readiness of all data.
- Review relevant documents and DMF prior to filing and ensure a right first time filing approach.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or other life science.
- 7-12 years of experience in regulatory affairs.
