About Oncology Trial Sites:

We are building a modern technology stack that unifies clinical care and research workflows, moving the healthcare industry closer to Clinical Research as a Care Option. Our platform eliminates operational inefficiencies in patient recruitment, data curation, and other tasks involved in clinical trials, enabling high-quality data generation and speeding up clinical trials.

Our daily activities include:

● Mentoring and guiding teams to deliver high-quality enterprise products

● Collaborating with Product Management, User Experience, and engineering teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain a highly available SaaS offering

● Participating in software design meetings to support long-term code maintainability and extensibility

● Performing code reviews

● Focusing on quality in our team's code and products

● Driving continuous improvement in all aspects of the software development lifecycle

● Providing ongoing feedback and working with engineers on their professional development

● Building strong relationships with stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● 2-4 years of experience in shipping high-quality products in a SaaS environment

● Excellent design and programming skills with a focus on enterprise server solutions using Javascript and ReactJS

● Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus

● Working knowledge of Web Services technologies

● Knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and ExpressJS

● Full understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and commercial product development practices in complex enterprise/cloud solutions

● Basic knowledge of networking technologies

● Experience with Open Source packages for common capabilities

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
