Position: Technical Lead

We are looking for an accomplished leader with strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor software development teams, providing technical guidance and problem-solving support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
  • Evaluate adherence to coding standards, best practices, project delivery timelines, and agile methodologies.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate continuous skill development.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, recommend suitable solutions for business needs, and foster innovation.
  • Participate in project estimation, planning, risk management activities, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in a senior/lead role.
  • Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS.
  • Experience with Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, microservices architecture, and cloud services (AWS).
  • Strong expertise in RESTful API design, OOP principles, asynchronous programming, exception handling, and software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Git, Hangfire, RabbitMQ, Redis Cache, ANT Design, ng-zorro, ABP Framework, Bootstrap, Typesense.
  • Proven experience with agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
