Finance Operations Lead Specialist

  • We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Lead to oversee the implementation and optimization of financial modules within a leading enterprise resource planning system. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience configuring core financial modules, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead client workshops to gather and document finance-related business needs.
  • Configure and implement key financial modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank Management.
  • Optimize and streamline financial processes using advanced system capabilities.
  • Prepare detailed design documents, test scenarios, and training materials.
  • Conduct thorough system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support customizations and integrations.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices in financial operations and system functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of total experience, with at least 2.5+ years in finance operations consulting.
  • In-depth functional knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in core financial modules.
  • Strong understanding of finance business processes and ability to map them to system features.
  • Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of a leading enterprise resource planning system.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • System certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, client engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
