International Tax Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and file tax returns and related deliverables within designated deadlines.
- Provide specialized advice and strategic recommendations to internal teams regarding tax planning, withholding responsibilities, and social security contributions.
- Collaborate with finance and HR departments to ensure precise calculation and reporting of payroll taxes and social security contributions.
- Offer guidance on tax equalization and protection policies to employees, ensuring clear understanding and compliance.
- Analyze employee compensation and payroll data to accurately calculate tax liabilities and identify potential benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Commerce Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- US CPA or Enrolled Agent certification mandatory.
- 6+ years of experience in Canada & US Individual Taxation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in team management and quality control.
