Industrialisation Specialist

Valeo, a leader in the global automotive supplier market, is seeking an Industrialisation Specialist to join our team. This specialist will be responsible for the industrialisation of new equipment and processes, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Industrialisation: Manage the introduction of new production equipment and processes, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
• Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement new equipment and processes.
• Process Validation: Design and validate small tools, and define acceptance criteria for new equipment and processes.
• Pre-Acceptance and Acceptance: Perform pre-acceptance and acceptance of new equipment, and deliver reports.
• Performance Improvement: Build action plans and follow up on performance improvement initiatives.
• Capability and Process Management: Collect and analyse capabilities of equipment and processes, and set up equipment.
• Process Standardisation: Participate in PFMEA and control plan development, and set up equipment.
• Mass Production: Monitor QCDM and propose improvements, and survey equipment performance.

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills: Experience in industrialisation, equipment management, and process standardisation.
• Collaboration and communication skills: Ability to work with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
