Visual Designer Role

As a Visual Designer at our company, you will lead the creative direction of our design team. Your expertise will drive the development of visually stunning and engaging materials that showcase our brand's aesthetic.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will gather requirements from various stakeholders and execute designs that meet their needs, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with the team.
  • Creative development for Ads, Websites, and Social Media campaigns, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
  • You will organize and assign tasks within a work management tool to ensure transparency and trackability among team members.
  • Conduct ongoing research to create new and innovative ideas, enhancing the aesthetics of our creatives while introducing variety to our design.
  • You will establish a consistent tone for each brand, providing detailed guidelines for junior designers to execute on creative projects.
  • Delegate repetitive tasks to relevant team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain timely design requirements and establish processes to meet deadlines for all brands.
  • Identify and address potential bottlenecks or confusion regarding workload priorities.
  • Work in a deadline-driven environment without compromising artistic creativity, incorporating feedback from Management until brand guidelines are established or a new style is introduced.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving brand aesthetics and design trends by continuously studying social media and industry developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship-building capacity with clients, partners, and internal teams at various levels within the organization
  • Knowledge of interactive design principles, including best practices in technology, usability, and user experience
  • Must be detail-oriented and well-organized, with prior experience in design and editing software
  • Degree in a Creative or Artistic Discipline
