**Job Overview**

As a skilled InDesign expert focused on brochure design, you will craft visually appealing brochures, design moodboards, and creative marketing materials that effectively communicate scientific ideas to various stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**

  • Create and lead the design of brochures and visual documents based on client briefs.
  • Develop moodboards and visual references to propose design direction.
  • Contribute creative inputs and collaborate on infographics, cover designs, and other visual formats.
  • Evaluate collateral created by freelance designers for high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain timely delivery of collateral and adherence to client briefs.

**Collaboration and Quality Management**

  • Provide regular feedback to designers regarding errors or complaints in deliverables.
  • Identify root causes and ensure quality benchmarks are met.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic designing, focusing on brochure design, editorial, or science clients is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Design Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Prior experience in creating designs in PowerPoint and/or 3D graphics is an added advantage.
