Software Engineering Manager

The primary role of this position is to lead a team of high-caliber software and full-stack engineers in developing innovative SaaS products.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead a team of skilled software and full-stack engineers to drive product development.
  • Product Development:
    • Drive the development of web application design and AI modeling at scale.
  • Process Management:
    • Implement an agile development process, breaking down requirements into smaller chunks, planning roadmaps, and prioritizing tasks for timely delivery.
  • Data Engineering:
    • Become proficient in data architecture, write data processing scripts to prepare data for AI engines.
  • AI and ML Integration:
    • Evaluate and implement seamless integrations of AI/ML modules at production scale.
  • App Performance Optimization:
    • Enhance data processing and tech architecture for superior computation performance and scalability.
  • Product Enhancements:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product enhancements based on client needs.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in multi-tenant SaaS full-stack application development.
  • Expert knowledge of MVC frameworks, SQL and No-SQL databases, MSA architecture, machine queues is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate a track record of excellence in academics or non-academic areas.
  • Excellent written & oral communication and inter-personal skills.
