Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing professional to lead end-to-end campaign execution for influencer marketing projects. You will work closely with creators, internal teams, and brands to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Identify, shortlist, and coordinate with influencers as per campaign requirements.
- Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Ensure campaign deliverables (posts, stories, videos) are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Track live campaigns, monitor content performance, and flag issues proactively.
- Maintain campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, pricing, and design) to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.
- Stay updated with platform trends, influencer content styles, and new campaign execution practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (internships included).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers and clients.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
- A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced agency setup.
