Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of SAP Test Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing test management activities across various phases of a project or release. This includes stakeholder communication and coordination, providing guidance and direction on test activities, ensuring all test artefacts are managed within the chosen test tool, and tracking test progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing test preparation, execution, and defect management
  • Ensuring traceability from business requirements to executed test scenarios
  • Management of testers to enable them to create and deliver test cases
  • Tracking test progress for test preparation and execution
  • Use of designated Test Management tool for test plan/package creation and assignment of test cases
  • Defect handling and continuous improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as an SAP Test Manager
  • Deep understanding of Release testing lifecycle, test cases creation and repository, and testing enablement strategies
  • Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite), Worksoft Certify, and Analytic tools like PowerBI, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, and Signavio Integration
  • Jira skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving and risk management skills
