Airport Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our airport operations team.
Key Responsibilities:- Process all guest check-ins, verifying identity, payment methods, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
- Set up accurate accounts for each guest based on their requirements.
- Enter rewards information, ensure rates align with market codes, document exceptions, secure payment prior to issuing room keys, verify adjustments to billing, and compile daily reports.
- Complete cash handling and closing procedures, provide guests with directions and property information, accommodate requests, contact relevant staff if necessary, and follow up to ensure requests are met.
- Process various payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges, balance and reconcile receipts, count and secure bank funds at the beginning and end of shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
We offer a competitive salary range in Indian rupees per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
