Lead Technical Developer

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Lead Technical Developer with hands-on experience in Solana blockchain development. The position involves designing, building, and optimizing high-performance decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and on-chain programs on Solana.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality on-chain and off-chain software systems.
  • Write efficient and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Lead technical discussions, provide mentorship, and set the development roadmap for blockchain projects.
  • Document technical designs, APIs, and user guides in a clear and developer-friendly manner.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across on-chain and off-chain components.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Rust language with good development experience and at least 3+ years of experience in Rust development.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Solana blockchain development.
  • Ability to guide the development team in writing performant and optimized code in Rust.
  • Hands-on experience building full-stack Solana Web3 applications.
  • Strong understanding of various Token Standards.
  • Experience with DeFi protocols: DEX aggregators, AMMs, order books, and liquidity management.
  • R&D skills with the ability to prototype quickly.

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts.
