Key Data Insights Position

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill a critical role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data visualization solutions using Power BI.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power BI, including DAX calculations, data modeling, and report development. They will also have strong technical skills, including proficiency in T-SQL and experience with large datasets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data visualization solutions using Power BI
  • Create complex DAX calculations and reports
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Integrate data from various sources, including SQL Server, Excel, and APIs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Perform thorough data validation and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Implement row-level security and user-based data access strategies

Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on Power BI development experience
  • Advanced DAX and data modeling expertise
  • Experience with Power Query/M Language
  • Strong dashboard and visualization design skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Power BI Service and Power BI Report Server
  • Familiarity with Power BI REST API and embedding techniques
  • Proficient in writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions
  • Strong capabilities in data extraction, transformation, and integration using SQL
