**Job Opportunity:**

We're seeking a motivated and skilled Python AI/ML Developer to join our project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming, experience with AI/ML applications, and a passion for learning and self-improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop robust backend software solutions using Python, focusing on AI/ML applications.
  • Create high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks, serving AI-powered features.
  • Design responsive frontend user interfaces using React to visualize complex AI models and data.
  • Utilize the Azure cloud platform for application development and deployment.
  • Architect Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), exploring fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model selection.
  • Develop Agentic AI workflows using LangChain or similar AI orchestration tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into impactful solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in AI/ML.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
Qualifications:
  • Intellectual curiosity and a drive for continuous learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and AI/ML applications.
  • Hands-on experience with React and Azure cloud services.
  • In-depth knowledge of API development and Generative AI concepts.
  • Familiarity with RAG systems and Agentic AI.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Participation in Hackathons/Coding competitions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.
