Job Title:

Team Lead – Social Media

Job Description:

As a Team Lead – Social Media, you will be responsible for leading social media strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage and mentor a team, and drive impactful results for our clients.

The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and alignment with their business goals. You will also lead and oversee the development of digital and social media strategies, manage projects from concept to execution, and stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize performance.

You will conduct regular client review meetings and identify opportunities for upselling. A deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and best practices for each is required. Additionally, a basic understanding of SEO, PPC, SEM, and technology would be an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of total experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client servicing.
  • Proven experience in handling and leading a team.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
