RMC Operator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RMC Operator to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper mixing of materials as per specified mix designs.
  • Maintain records of production, material consumption, and daily reports.
  • Conduct routine checks and inspections of plant machinery and equipment.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and dispatch team for timely delivery of concrete.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in batching plant.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines.
  • Supervise loading, unloading, and handling of raw materials (cement, sand, aggregates, admixtures, etc.).
  • Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the batching plant area.

Requirements:

  • Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field.
  • Experience: 25 years of experience as an RMC Operator or in concrete batching operations (fresher with ITI/Diploma may be considered).
  • Knowledge of batching plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic computer knowledge for operating plant control systems.
  • Understanding of concrete mix designs and quality parameters.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shift operations.
