We are seeking an experienced Senior Art Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction of projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive art direction strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Lead a team of art directors and copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with production artists to assign projects based on their skills and expertise.
  • Manage production timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular progress updates and solution-oriented recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in creative management and leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of successful art direction and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
