This role is crucial for driving business expansion and revenue growth. You will play a vital part in identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and executing growth initiatives.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying leads through marketing campaign follow-up and cold calling
  • Scheduling appointments with prospects
  • Generating leads via various channels such as email, cold calling, and lead generation campaigns
  • Conducting research to identify potential customers using sales data, online searches, and other sources
  • Developing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and nurture existing leads
  • Achieving a quota of highly qualified leads per month and converting them into opportunities

You will work closely with our sales team to achieve these goals. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will help you build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-4 years of experience in business development, lead qualification, telesales, or inside sales
  • Detailed knowledge of regional languages (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, etc.)
  • Domestic/international calling experience
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
